Pros: The neighbors are great-very friendly and hospitable. Easy access to I-85 and for all needy shopping. Cons: The apartments

are infested with roaches and bugs. Using very old appliances, but still they do work and maintains when required. Water bill is calculated not for our use, but total bill divided for no of households per apartment. That will reveal upon inquire only. Staff: The Maintenance guys are very nice and much more friendly than the management. The management team is a BIG JOKE. The leasing manger as at today, Courxx, is not professional at all and a racist. And does not know her own policies and contract, so don’t expect so called Customer Service at all while the leasing process. They have their web portal for uploading relevant docs, but you will request to send them in email as well. They don’t know how to access their own portal. I wish higher management would see these comments on their staff. Overall, I would NOT recommend this residence to anybody.

Maintenance
I'd like to thank the maintenance staff for there work. This is a large and older property and I think they do a great job ... keeping it in good shape. There's never trash in driveways because they are here early in the morning to keep things tidy. When we submit requests to get things done, they are quick and professional with their work.
